
A privately-held professional service firm wanted to reinforce its focus on building future leaders within the company. We designed and implemented a custom leadership development series for select high potential management candidates. Held annually for the past four years, the program concentrates on improving individual coaching and mentoring skills. The approach incorporated relevant leadership challenges that apply directly to day-to-day dealings both externally with clients and internally within the practice. As a result of the program, the firm is experiencing improved work efficiency, better leveraging of resources, and improvements in business devleopment.
