Sales Case Study

A branded identity apparel business contacted OCI Development Practice for assistance with a new teleprosecting system to remain consistent with their world-class standards. As the system was created a need to integrate surrounding systems was also identified. We assisted in creating an overall program that incorporates organization design and alignment along with work process variables. The system included a set of on-the-spot learning tools and takeaways that the sales force could access readily during the sales call. In addition, we created an on-line performance measurement process to assist managers with ways to provide regular coaching and feedback. This allowed employees to be successful in their personal goals as well as the goals set by their employer. The experience has created a positive and predictable customer experience for the organization.
