Organization Design and Alignment Case Study

A global $1.4 Billion technology company came to us for a director and leadership program. Due to other competing priorities, leadership development had been neglected over the past few years. As we assessed the situation and understood the key business issues, it was clear we needed to integrate strategic alignment and clear goals in the program.

Overall, the program not only provided leadership skills, it helped align the business units imparting a clear message and direction for all leaders. Once implemented, the CEO and CFO taught the program to the management team to further reinforce the message.
