A large national association of small, independent residential service businesses with a mission to help its member companies thrive in an industry that is highly competetive contacted OCI Development Practice to help create a "mini-MBA" for the member-owners. The program was envisioned to provide key foundational business management knowledge and combine that with strategic operational expertise for growing a small residential business in a very competetive market. All this in the context of the business owners not only achieving financial success, but also coming to terms with their own sense of purpose and personal legacy. We designed and delivered the program and as a result, it has provided members with business management and leadership education they need to stretch to the next level of business achievement. Members who have gone through the program are now looking at their business from a more holistic system view thus allowing them to make better decisions.
