This new survey will be conducted on an annual basis beginning in 2006. This survey fills a large void missed by most published surveys-- small and mid-sized private companies. As a result of Compensation Practice's extensive work with private companies throughout the Midwest, we have recognized a need for a comprehensive source of total compensation and benefits for this group of companies.
